Our networks engineers are currently investigating this issue.

Our investigations show that the majority of mail is continuing to be delivered to both our mxcore and mxlast platforms. We have identified a single mx.last incoming mail server that is currently unavailable. We are despatching a networks engineer to one of our remote datacentres to investigate this.

Comment updated on: 30/07/2007 @ 20:08

Our monitoring is showing a decrease in the amount of attempted connections to our incoming mail servers. However, we are continuing to monitor the platform closely and Service Status will be updated tomorrow morning.

The failed server was having issues accessing the correct part of the shared storage, this has now been resolved and all mail servers are delivering normally.

Both mx.core and mx.last are accepting connections and delivering mail normally.
