Customers are reporting problems accessing our portal pages following this morning's maintenance work. They are presented with a blank white screen, or error regarding page redirection. Deleting cookies resolves this in most cases however this will generate calls and tickets and is not a good customer experience. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem has been passed to a developer for further investigation. Issue is likely to be related to the Auto Login feature.

Problem also seems to be affecting access to our Priority Problem portal pages.

Development have identified an issue and have fixed it. The fix is now going through our rollout process, and is expected to get rolled to the live platform within the next half hour.

The fix is being tested on an isolated live server. If testing passes the fix will be rolled to all isolated in the next five minutes.

Customers using the autologin feature should now be able to view our website. Unfortuntely there are certain areas of the portal that are still white-screening. This is under investigation.
