Our reporting is showing that a number of customers were disconnected from the gateway pte-ag1 this evening and that new sessions are not connecting on this gateway. All affected customers will have been able to connect to another gateway.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

A line module on the gateway known as pte-ag1 had stopped accepting new customer connections, the module has been reset and a case raised with the hardware vendor.
