Browsing to http://webmail.metronet.co.uk returns a certificate error. It then appears to direct the user to a Plusnet branded Webmail that does not allow you to login. Neither do valid Plusnet credentials seem to work.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem has been passed to a network engineer for further investigation.

This problem has now been resolved.

The problem was caused by DNS being updated with the wrong information. We have had to await the cached records expiring before being able to resolve the issue.

We will leave the problem open whilst we investigate how the DNS records were updated with the incorrect information.
