Our monitoring is showing a number of dropped connections on the ADSL gateway PTE-AG1, all customers should be able to reconnect immediately on another gateway.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our network engineers are currently investigating the cause of the problem. Our monitoring is showing the customers have been able to successfully reconnect to one of the other gateways.

A DSL line card had reset itself, the card had begun to take connections again automatically so no further action was necessary.

This problem has been closed.
