There are scattered reports of customers receiving errors when trying to log into their mailboxes. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have identified that one of the mail scripts introduced as part of the recently launched 'Manage My Mail' tool is changing these mailboxes to a destroyed status.

Problem has been passed to development as the issue is caused by a database change. Network functionality is working as expected.
