Added on: 18/04/2007 @ 10:54
Attempts to access mail.metronet.co.uk via IMAP or POP3 are timing out. This will cause problems for any customer attempting to collect email using an @metronet.co.uk address. Using the incoming server address pop.metronet.co.uk will work but customers have never been advised to use this. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.
