We are currently aware of reports of DNS lookup failures affecting customers. This will cause problems browsing to web pages or using other Internet applications, with requests timing out or returning error messages. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem has been passed to our network engineers for investigation.
