We are currently investigating transfer issues for our ADSL users. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

The problem has been confirmed and appears to be isolated to the gateway PTE-AG2.

As part of the work to resolve the problem we need to reboot each of the line cards on PTE-AG2 in sequence. This will cause customers to be disconnected from gateway however they should be able to reconnect straight away.

The gateway cards have now been reloaded and we are seeing no problems following this.
